Parsons Construction has built a number of extensions to existing properties over the years, each to fulfil a different need and for various types of client, including:

  • an extension to accommodate a bedroom, sensory room and en-suite bathroom for a child, along with a bedroom and bathroom for a carer, together with external works
  • a single storey extension to create and fit-out a new kitchen, re-model an existing kitchen to form a bedroom and full level access shower room, fit specialist equipment and undertake external works
  • a new link corridor to provide access from an existing primary school building to a new kitchen facility, together with the excavation and formation of foundations for the pre-fabricated kitchen pod
  • Construction of new entrance lobby to provide disabled access for a community centre

Our knowledge and expertise in commercial work has seen our clients benefit on a diverse range of projects. Within Yorkshire, the East Midlands and the North of England you’ll see our work on display in public and private organisations, in buildings from churches to National Trust heritage sites.
